An endowment is a dedicated fund established through charitable contributions that provides ongoing financial support for our parks and recreation programs, ensuring their long-term sustainability and continued availability to the community.
By creating an endowment fund, we hope to build a support system for the parks and recreation needs of Fircrest residents for generations to come.
Will it grow?
With the help of our fiscal partner, the Greater Tacoma Community Foundation,
our investments will grow over time.
This allows the foundation the opportunity to award grants every year that supports Fircrest Parks & Recreation.
